Student Nurse Internship Program - Summer 2024 Northwest Medical Center
This is an 8-week Paid Nurse Intern program - Specific dates to be determined (June 2024)
The schedule will be full time, 36 hours per week during the 8-week program working in an assigned department.
Student Nurse Interns may be eligible to apply for a Scholarship / Stipend program!
Our Student Nurse Internship Program is an employment opportunity for nursing students interested in pursuing a career within Northwest Healthcare - Tucson facilities. This program provides nursing students the opportunity to work with qualified nurse preceptors for an 8-week summer internship and acquire valuable skills and knowledge to better prepare them for professional nursing practice.
Requirements:
The program is available to nursing students preparing to enter their third or fourth semester in an accredited nursing degree program.
Must be available to work full time for the entire 8 week program (scheduling may be flexible)
Must have a current BLS certification - American Heart Association or American Red Cross

- $10,000-$30,000 optional sign on bonus offered to New Graduate RNs after graduation if offered a core New Grad RN position.
